Terms and conditions for using NOYO® gift cards

1. The terms and conditions apply to NOYO® gift cards purchased through noyopharm.com.
2. The gift cards are issued by Noyo Pharm Sp. z o.o., Marywilska 60/24, 03-042 Warsaw, NIP 5242957810, KRS 0001008012.
3. A gift card is a prepaid voucher, in physical or electronic form, with an individual, unique code that allows the voucher and its value to be identified.
4. The value of the card is chosen during the purchase by the buyer and is 200 PLN, 300 PLN or 500 PLN respectively.
5. The gift card is delivered to the buyer as follows: in the case of a physical card, by courier within the time specified for order processing in the shop; in the case of an online card in digital form, by email to the address provided during the order process.
6. The gift card can only be redeemed in the NOYO® online shop at noyopharm.com for a single purchase.
7. The gift card must be redeemed by paying for a purchase with a minimum value that exceeds the value of the gift card.
8. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The Card can be used by entering the Card code in the ‘Discount code’ field in the Customer's shopping basket when shopping at noyopharm.com.
10. The Card can be used within 365 days from the date of purchase.
11. For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Online Shop Terms and Conditions, generally applicable laws - the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and other generally applicable legal acts shall apply.
12. These terms and conditions come into force on 10.12.2024.
